On July 1st, Tempus Unlimited will start to pay direct care workers who are hired by Community HealthChoices (CHC) participants using the self-directed model of care.
If you are impacted by the change from PPL to Tempus and your caregiver did not get paid for time worked in June, please contact Tempus at 1-844-983-6787. You can also contact your Service Coordinator or your Community HealthChoices plan.
Direct Care Workers can contact SEIU (Service Employees International Union) at 1-800-252-3894 – a DCW does not have to be an SEIU member to call them.
