Meet New PHLP Staff: Jessica Lippert

We are thrilled to welcome Jessica Lippert to PHLP! Jessica joins the PHLP team as a paralegal in our Pittsburgh office. A graduate of Penn State, Jessica brings over 20 years of experience working with Medicare beneficiaries as a Regional Coordinator with PA MEDI, the State Health Insurance Assistance Program for Pennsylvania. Jessica has helped thousands of people with complex case resolution, navigating assistance programs, and understanding their health coverage options in the Medicare system. In addition to working with Medicare beneficiaries, Jessica provided a variety of Medicare-focused training to Area Agency on Aging staff and volunteers as well as a variety of other community organizations. Jessica has experience with a multitude of other Aging Services Programs including Senior Centers, Senior Nutrition Programs, Senior Health and Wellness Programs, Home Delivered Meals, Senior Corps and Senior Community Service Employment Programs.

Jessica is honored to join the PHLP team. She believes that everyone should have access to affordable quality heath care regardless of age, income, or geographic location.
